BE/B.Tech, BSC/MSC(IT & Computer science), BCA/MCA Graduates - with no standing arrears and 60% and above throughout the academics.
- Experience should be 0-1year.
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Should possess valuable communications Skills.
- Should have experience or knowledge in IT Service Desk / Technical troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding on Operating System(Win 10 & 11)
- Basic Networking knowledge
- Basic knowledge of email clients, MS Office, Office 365 and AI/ML.
