Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with robust expertise in 3D modelling and architectural visualization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design software and capable of developing accurate architectural models, drawings, and presentation materials that support project planning and execution.

Key Responsbilities
- Develop high-quality 3D architectural models for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Prepare conceptual, schematic,



and detailed architectural drawings.
- Create realistic renderings and visual presentations for design reviews and client presentations.
- Assist in preparing working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, structural engineers, and MEP teams to incorporate design requirements.
- Update architectural models and drawings based on design revisions and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and design standards.
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.
- Support site teams by providing design clarifications whenever required.

candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 13 years of relevant experience in architectural design and 3D modelling.
- Experience in the Real Estate, Architecture, or Construction industry will be preferred.
