We are looking for a
Senior Source to Pay (S2P) Analyst
to support the transformation of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and payments. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Procure-to-Pay who enjoy driving process improvements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Hybrid work, once a week to Bangalore Office.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in
Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations
.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams.
- Hands-on experience supporting process improvements, transformation initiatives, or system implementations.
- Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
.
- Experience with
SAP S/4HANA
is highly desirable.
- Exposure to
Ariba, Coupa, or Zip
is an advantage.
- Familiarity with
Power BI, Alteryx, or AI-enabled tools




for reporting and process improvement is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and payments.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Gather business requirements and support solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Analyze spend, invoice, and payment data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, FP&A;, Treasury, and Technology teams to optimize financial processes.
- Support data governance, compliance, audit readiness, QA, UAT, and change management activities.
- Work with business users, engineers, vendors, and system integrators to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.
