Niranjan Enterprises is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their business requirements, explaining our digital marketing and website development services, following up with leads, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is confident on the phone, and has a strong interest in sales and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generated leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries received through phone, website, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand the customer's business, requirements and marketing challenges.
- Explain relevant services such as:
- Website Design & Development
- Digital Marketing
- SEO
- Google Business Profile / Local SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- E-commerce solutions
- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, urgency and decision-making authority.




- Schedule meetings or consultations with the sales/strategy team wherever required.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the company's CRM / Google Sheets.
- Regularly follow up with old, inactive and prospective leads.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-conversion and sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build valuable relationships with prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing and technical teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and sales pipeline.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and preferably Marathi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
