Real Estate Valuation team

regular travel and site visits

as a significant portion of the work involves inspecting properties across various locations. The position offers robust exposure to
property valuation, financial modeling, market analysis, and report preparation
. The successful candidate will support senior valuers in delivering accurate and timely valuation insights for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Site visits and inspection to conduct property inspections, assess physical condition, evaluate surroundings, and gather on-ground data.
- Observe construction quality, neighborhood attributes, access routes, property usage, and local market conditions.
- Prepare valuation reports for various asset classes including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial properties.
- Study property documents to understand legal status and compliance.
- Develop and maintain financial models using DCF, income capitalization, rental analysis, and comparable sales approaches.
