Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in B2B/project sales for architectural products, building materials, construction, or fa ade solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with architects, fa ade consultants, builders, developers, and contractors .
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Promote architectural and fa ade products/solutions.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, and projects until closure.




- Track projects from specification to execution.
- Achieve sales targets and identify new project opportunities.
- Travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and project visits.

Requirements
- 1 2 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Construction, Architectural Products, or Fa ade Solutions.
- Engineering qualification; Mechanical Engineering preferred .
- Exposure to B2B / Project Sales is preferred.
- Experience dealing with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, or developers will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target - oriented and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
