Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scheduling & Planning Engineer to support the planning, monitoring, control, and timely execution of multiple projects, primarily in the water and wastewater infrastructure sector.

The role requires solid hands-on experience in Primavera P6 / MS Project, project scheduling, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, forecasting, project controls, MIS reporting, and recovery planning.

The selected candidate will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Project Execution, QA/QC, Site, Commissioning, Vendors, Contractors, and Management teams.

The position will report to the Head Project Management.





Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, supply, logistics, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Prepare Project Master Schedules, detailed execution schedules, look-ahead plans, catch-up plans, and milestone trackers.
- Establish project baselines and maintain schedule revisions, re-baselining, and change tracking.
- Develop micro-level schedules and recovery plans for delayed, critical, and high-priority activities.

Project Monitoring & Control
- Monitor actual progress against approved schedules and identify delays, deviations, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM), float analysis, schedule variance analysis, and completion forecasting.
