We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our training institute. The role requires expertise in Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta advertising campaigns for course promotions, webinars, and events.
- Develop and optimize campaigns for Lead Generation, Website Conversions, Traffic, and Remarketing.
- Research and create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, placements, and creatives to improve lead quality.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Work closely with the content, design, and admissions teams to ensure campaigns align with marketing objectives.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversion API for accurate tracking.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, algorithm changes, and advertising policies.

Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in student lead generation or education marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Events Manager.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) is preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's and Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Experience in the education and training industry is an added advantage.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
