1. Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other digital platforms.

• Manage advertising budgets and maximise ROI, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.

• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and campaign assets.

• Execute seasonal and marketplace promotional campaigns such as Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, Independence Day Sale, Republic Day Sale, and other marketplace events.

• Identify growth opportunities through keyword optimisation, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

2. Marketplace Management

• Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, PharmEasy, JioMart, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Create, update, and optimise product listings, titles,



descriptions, images, A+ content, keywords, and SEO.

• Ensure catalogue accuracy, pricing, inventory availability, and product content quality across all channels.

• Handle platform-related activities including listing approvals, compliance, account health, issue resolution, and catalogue maintenance.

• Coordinate recent product launches across all marketplaces.

3. E-commerce Operations

• Oversee daily order processing, inventory synchronisation, returns, cancellations, and reconciliation.

• Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, finance, customer support, and ERP teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to minimise stock-outs and maximise sales.

• Ensure timely execution of promotions, coupons, Lightning Deals, platform deals, and visibility campaigns.
