Role & responsibilities
- Give visual direction for brand, campaign, and marketing projects.
- Create and evolve brand identities, design systems, and visual guidelines.
- Design campaigns across digital, print, retail, and outdoor media.
- Translate strategy into compelling visual storytelling.
- Conceptualize and execute OOH campaigns, retail branding, and experiential design.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, product, and content teams.
- Present concepts and creative rationale to internal stakeholders.
- Stay curious about culture, design trends, technology, and emerging creative tools.

Preferred candidate profile
- Has 34 years of experience in branding, visual design, or a creative agency.
- Has a robust portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, and illustration.
- Can create distinct visual languages for different brands.
- Understands both print production and digital design.
- Has a strong eye for typography, layout, composition, color, and storytelling.
- Can think conceptually as well as execute with attention to detail.
- Is comfortable presenting ideas and explaining design decisions.
- Can balance creativity with business objectives and deadlines
