About the Role

CapMinds is looking for motivated freshers interested in Business Consulting, Business Analysis, Client Interaction, Healthcare Technology, and Problem-Solving.

You will work with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, analyse business processes, prepare documentation, and support software solutions.

Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyse business and client requirements.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare requirements, process flows, and documentation.
- Identify business problems and suggest solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and project discussions.
- Support healthcare software projects and business processes.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.




- Valuable problem-solving ability.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace.
- Interest in Business Analysis / Consulting / Technology.
