Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and build reliable, scalable, and high-quality ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Odoo development, customization, and integration, along with a good understanding of business processes. You will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Develop new features and enhance existing Odoo applications.
- Customize standard Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Accounting, and other business applications.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using REST APIs, XML-RPC, and other integration methods.
- Create and maintain custom reports, workflows, dashboards, and automated processes.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python code following best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.




- Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with functional consultants to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in Odoo version upgrades, database migration, and deployment activities.
- Maintain technical documentation for developed modules and customizations.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, technologies, and development standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
- Strong expertise in Python, Odoo Framework, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in developing custom Odoo modules and extending existing modules.
- Valuable understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
