Role Description
This is a remote Sales Internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced talent solutions environment. The intern will support lead generation, prospect outreach, and follow-up communication with potential clients under guidance from the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, assisting in preparing sales pitches and presentations, updating CRM records, and coordinating virtual meetings or product demos.



The role also involves collaborating with team members to understand client needs, contributing to customer service activities, and participating in training sessions to develop sales skills. This internship offers structured mentorship and exposure to real-world sales processes in a professional setting.

Qualifications
- Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and team members.
- Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, support client needs, and maintain positive relationships.
- Foundational Sales skills with interest in lead generation, prospecting, and building client rapport.
- Willingness to learn and assist with Training-related activities, such as attending workshops and applying feedback.
- Exposure or interest in Sales Management concepts, including pipeline tracking and basic CRM usage.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet
