We are looking for a Newgen SME / Functional Consultant to support business analysis, solution design and implementation of OmniDocs, iBPS and related Newgen solutions.

What you will do
- Work with customer stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements and pain points.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows, process designs and configuration needs.
- Support solution workshops, demos, UAT, training, go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Work closely with technical consultants and project managers to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Act as a functional point of contact for the customer during implementation projects.
- Travel to customer locations when required for workshops, UAT and go-live support.

What we are looking for
- 620 years of experience as a Business Analyst, SME, Functional Consultant or similar role.




- At least 3 years of experience with Newgen products such as OmniDocs and/or iBPS.
- Experience working on implementation or transformation projects.
- Solid requirement-gathering, process-mapping, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working directly with business users and client teams.
- Willingness to travel to client locations, including outside India when required.

Good to have
- Experience in banking, financial services, lending, document management, workflow automation or case-management projects.
- Exposure to BPM, ECM, digital onboarding, loan origination or enterprise process automation solution
