Urgent Hiring – Loan Associate

Location: Gurgaon

Role: Loan Associate

Salary: Starting from ₹4 LPA

Experience: 1–7 years in Auto Loan

Qualification: College Graduate

Age: Up to 35–36 years

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with banks for loan approval & disbursement.
- Handle customer documents, file processing and down-payment follow-ups.
- Manage pre-login, central login and instant approval processes.
- Coordinate with customers, RM, closure team, banks and central team.
- Handle loan cancellation and RTO follow-ups.
- Provide loan details and delivery schedules to customers.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of loan applications.
- Handle loan process subjectivities and resolve documentation issues.





Requirements
- Used car loan experience preferred/required.
- Must have worked with more than one bank in used car loans.
- Experience in New/Used Car Loan sector.
- DSA experience is preferred.
- Solid communication and analytical skills.
- Hardworking, target-oriented and eager to learn and grow.
