About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Google Ads Executive with 3-5 years of relevant experience to manage and improve our digital marketing and lead-generation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience with Google Ads, campaign optimisation, landing pages, analytics and lead generation. We are looking for someone who understands not just how to run campaigns, but how to generate qualified enquiries at an efficient cost.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up and independently manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and continuously identify high-intent and commercially relevant keywords.
- Manage campaign structure, bidding strategies, budgets, audiences, locations, devices and negative keywords.
- Monitor and optimise CPC, CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead and overall campaign ROI.
- Work on improving Quality Score and reducing acquisition costs.




- Analyse search terms regularly and eliminate irrelevant traffic.
- Recommend and coordinate improvements to landing pages to increase conversions.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Develop remarketing and audience strategies.
- Work with the sales team to understand lead quality rather than evaluating campaigns purely on the number of leads generated.
- Track leads from campaign to enquiry, qualified opportunity and business conversion wherever possible.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance MIS with actionable recommendations.
- Research competitors, their advertising strategies, keywords, messaging and offers.
- Support SEO, website content, email marketing and other digital marketing initiatives as required.
