About the role:

As an
Learning & Development Lead
at Leap Scholar, you will be responsible for building and delivering impactful learning programs for our
Study Abroad Counsellors
. The role will focus on identifying capability gaps, developing relevant learning interventions, and using research and data to improve counsellor performance, with a preference for candidates having exposure to
European study destinations
.

The Charter for this role would include:

● Design and deliver
training programs for Study Abroad Counsellors
across counselling, destination, university and conversion skills.

● Identify
capability gaps
and develop targeted learning interventions based on business needs and performance data.

● Create engaging
PPTs, training modules, assessments and learning content
using relevant market research.

● Conduct research on
international education trends, universities, courses and study destinations
to keep training content relevant.

● Leverage
LMS and CRM platforms
to manage learning programs, track effectiveness and analyse counsellor performance.

● Track




training effectiveness and learning outcomes
through assessments, feedback and business performance metrics.

● Prepare
L&D; reports, dashboards and presentations
to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

● Partner with cross-functional teams to
drive learning outcomes and continuously improve counsellor capability
.

Ideal Persona Would:

● Have
6–7 years of experience
in Learning & Development, Training or Capability Development.

● Have proven experience in
training Study Abroad Counsellors
; international education experience is strongly preferred.

● Preferably have exposure to
European study destinations/markets
.

● Be solid in
research, data analysis, PowerPoint and presentation creation.

● Have hands-on experience with
LMS and CRM platforms
.

● Be able to translate business requirements and data into
practical and impactful learning interventions
.
