Role Description This full-time, on-site SEO & Marketing Specialist role is based in Kolkata and focuses on strengthening Alliance Australia Property’s digital presence and lead generation efforts. The specialist will conduct keyword research, perform regular SEO audits, optimize on-page content, and manage link-building activities to improve search engine rankings. Daily tasks include monitoring web analytics, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align content and campaigns with business goals.



The role also involves supporting broader marketing initiatives, such as digital campaigns, content optimization, and brand visibility, while consistently applying SEO best practices.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and develop targeted SEO strategies.
- Experience conducting SEO Audits and implementing technical and content-related improvements.
- Proficiency in Link Building techniques and managing quality backlinks.
- Robust skills in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track and interpret performance data.
- Hands-on experience with On-Page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with digital marketing practices, such as content marketing, PPC, and social media promotion.
