Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Fleet Operations Manager role based in Guwahati.



The Fleet Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle deployment, routing, utilization, and coordination with drivers and operational hubs to ensure service reliability and efficiency. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing operational data, and implementing improvements in fleet management processes, safety, and cost control. The Fleet Operations Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with company standards, manage incident resolution, and maintain accurate records of vehicle status, maintenance, and documentation. The position also includes supervising on-ground staff, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting the scaling of fleet operations in alignment with business goals.
