Lead, Digital Product Management - Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales

Prudential Health India
is building a technology-led, customer-centric and AI-first Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) health insurance business across web, native mobile applications, WhatsApp, conversational interfaces and assisted digital channels.

We are looking for a Lead, Digital Product Management who will own the digital product strategy, customer journey roadmap, AI-powered platform innovation and commercial performance of the D2C ecosystem.

The role is accountable for designing and scaling easy, intelligent and high-conversion customer journeys across the complete insurance lifecycle, including discovery, quote generation, plan comparison, proposal completion, underwriting, payment, policy issuance, servicing, renewal and retention.

The successful candidate will combine product strategy, customer understanding, AI fluency, commercial judgement,



analytics and execution excellence to create differentiated customer experiences while driving measurable business outcomes such as conversion, digital sales, customer satisfaction, straight-through processing and operational efficiency.

This is not a feature-delivery role. The role is accountable for delivering customer and business outcomes through AI led innovation, experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and AI-First Innovation
- Define the digital product vision and AI-first strategy for the D2C business.
- Develop and manage a multi-year product roadmap aligned to growth, customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention objectives.
- Evaluate every major customer journey and operational process through an AI-first lens, identifying opportunities to simplify decision-making, automate processes, personalise experiences and improve conversion.
