- Report to the showroom on time and attend the morning sales briefing.
- Check the display and availability of premium vehicles.
- Ensure premium motorcycles are clean, properly displayed, and ready for customer demonstration and test rides.
- Contact new and existing leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
- Welcome walk-in customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
- Explain vehicle features, technology, performance, variants, colours, and benefits.
- Compare suitable models and help customers select the right vehicle.
- Give a detailed product demonstration.
- Arrange and conduct test rides.
- Explain the on-road price, insurance, accessories, finance, EMI, and exchange options.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate within dealership guidelines.
- Follow up with interested customers until booking and delivery.
- Update customer enquiries and follow-up status in the CRM/DMS system.
- Coordinate with the finance team for loan approval and documentation.
- Coordinate with the insurance, registration, accessories, and delivery teams.
- Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly sales and booking targets.
- Promote accessories, extended warranty, AMC/service packages, and other applicable products.
- Maintain a professional relationship with premium customers.
- Take customer feedback after the test ride and vehicle delivery.
- Support digital and showroom promotional activities when required.
- Track competitor models, prices, and offers.
- Submit a daily report to the Sales Manager.
