We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven professional to manage Conveyance Claim Processing. The role requires expertise in Tally ERP 9, advanced Excel skills, and a strong accounting background (minimum B.Com qualification). The candidate will ensure accurate claim validation, timely reimbursements, and audit-ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Claim Verification & Processing
Validate conveyance claims against company policies and supporting documents.
Ensure accuracy of mileage, receipts, and compliance with reimbursement guidelines.
System & Data Management
Record and reconcile claims in Tally ERP 9.
Maintain structured claim registers and audit trails.
Generate MIS reports and dashboards in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Compliance & Audit Support
Prepare audit-ready documentation for internal and external reviews.
Ensure adherence to statutory and organizational compliance requirements.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with employees and managers for claim clarifications.
Provide timely updates on claim status and discrepancies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Com (minimum); M.Com or MBA (Finance/Accounts) preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years in accounting/claim processing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9.
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, Macros, Data Validation, Dashboards).
Soft Skills:
Solid attention to detail and compliance orientation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
