We are looking for a Material Management Executive to manage material planning, procurement coordination, inventory, stores activities, and system transactions for our mechanical manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in material management/stores/procurement and should have working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day material requirements for production and operations.
- Coordinate material planning, procurement, receiving, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Prepare and maintain Material Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Material Issue/Transfer and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, Quality, and other departments.
- Update material transactions and inventory records in SAP/ERP systems.

Required Skills




- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP systems – Preferred.
- Good understanding of Material Management (MM) processes.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stores, material planning, and procurement.
- Basic knowledge of SAP MM module will be an advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and system-based material tracking.

Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma / Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Material Management, Stores, Inventory, Procurement, or a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
