Sales Intern / Trainee Sales – B2B Business Development

Pioneer E Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Sales Interns / Trainee Sales in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in B2B sales and business development activities.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential corporate clients.
- Support client acquisition and onboarding.
- Build and maintain skilled client relationships.
- Assist existing clients with long-term engagement and identify opportunities to introduce additional products/services.
- Gather business and market information and support its implementation.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, HODs and management on business initiatives.
- Track personal performance and work on continuous improvement.

Eligibility
- Qualification: MBA, BBA, B.Com, M.Com, BCA, MCA or relevant courses.




- Experience: Fresher
- Academics: Minimum 60% throughout
- No active backlogs
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory

Compensation
- Graduates: ₹10,000/month during 6-month training
- Postgraduates: ₹12,000/month during 6-month training
- Post-training: ₹2.5–5 LPA CTC *(performance-based)*
