Role Overview:

We are looking for a US Retirement / 401(k) domain professional to join our Presales & Solution Consulting team. The candidate will develop solution approaches, support RFP/RFI responses, and collaborate with Product and Delivery teams.

Candidates from 401(k) Delivery, Implementation, Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Project Management backgrounds with robust domain knowledge are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze 401(k) / Defined Contribution requirements.
- Support RFP/RFI, proposals and solutioning activities.
- Conduct requirement discussions and client presentations.
- Translate business requirements into functional/solution approaches.
- Work with Product,



Engineering and Delivery teams on solution feasibility.
- Support product demonstrations and client engagements.
- Act as a US Retirement / 401(k) domain SME during presales and delivery.

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in US Retirement / 401(k)
- Good knowledge of Defined Contribution / Retirement Plans
- Experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Functional Consulting, Implementation, Delivery, or Business Analysis
- Strong client-facing, analytical and communication skills
- Experience with requirements gathering and solutioning
