About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to drive enrolments for our Graduate, Postgraduate, Degree, Executive Education, and Doctorate programmes across international markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in education sales, EdTech, admissions, student counselling, inside sales, or consultative sales, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, counselling prospective students, handling objections, and converting enquiries into successful enrolments.

Experience in selling AI/GenAI programmes or digital/technology products will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, enquiries, referrals, webinars, events, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective students and understand their educational and career goals.




- Counsel students and recommend suitable programmes based on their requirements.
- Conduct effective telecalling and follow-up activities to nurture leads.
- Convert qualified enquiries into enrolments and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the student decision-making journey.
- Maintain accurate lead, activity, and pipeline records in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Participate in webinars, open days, student engagement activities, and other promotional events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales/enrolment targets.
