We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager / Field Application Engineerto drive business growth across India through our established channel network and targeted direct customer engagement.This is a newly created position aimed at strengthening our presence in the Indian market, accelerating pipeline creation, and generating Point-of-Sale (POS) revenue. The successful candidate will combine strong business development capabilities with a solid technical background in electronic components and solutions.The role will work closely with the regional Channel Sales organization, distributors, and key customers while being part of the broader EMEA sales team, sharing best practices, market intelligence, and product knowledge
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Indian market.
- Drive sales through existing channel partners and distributors.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities with target customers.
- Generate qualified sales pipeline and deliver POS revenue growth.




- Support channel partners in customer acquisition and opportunity development.
- Conduct customer visits, business reviews, and technical presentations.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical workshops.
- Provide technical consultation and application support throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Technical teams.
- Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights with the EMEA organization.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management through CRM tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, account management, field application engineering, or business development within the electronics industry.
- Strong technical background in electronic components.
- Experience with passive components, switches, and electromechanical solutions is highly preferred.
