Role & responsibilities
- Manage overall day-to-day hospital operations.
- Supervise doctors, therapists, nursing, front office & support staff.
- Ensure smooth patient care, admissions, discharge and service quality.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, occupancy and operational targets.
- Handle staff coordination, vendors and administrative activities.
- Ensure discipline, hygiene, compliance and patient satisfaction.
- Drive business growth

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/MBA in Hospital Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, preferably Ayurveda/Wellness.
- Robust leadership, team management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of patient handling, hospital administration and business operations.
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
