Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations in a growing drone technology and manufacturing company. The role will involve recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, payroll support, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave, and HR trackers.
- Provide monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Assist with PF, ESI, and other statutory HR activities.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS and periodic reports.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.




- Support the HR Manager in various HR-related activities.

Required Skills
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of HR experience
- A BBA in HR is preferred. MBA HR candidates will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced technology/manufacturing workplace.
- Candidate Profile
- Prior exposure to HR Operations, Recruitment, HR Administration, or a manufacturing/technology environment will be preferred.
