About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage accounting in Tally ERP, statutory compliance, and taxation activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and a strong working knowledge of Indian statutory compliances including GST, TDS, EPF, PT, Income Tax, and MCA filings.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures

• Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data

Taxation & Statutory Compliance





• Compute, deduct, and file TDS returns (Form 138/140) on a timely basis

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and reconcile GSTR-2A/2B

• Handle EPF and PT (Professional Tax) computation, deposit, and return filing

• Support MCA filings (ROC compliances such as AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, etc.)

• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and maintain compliance calendars

Required Skills & Competencies

• Solid hands-on experience with Tally ERP

• Working knowledge of TDS, GST, EPF, PT, Income Tax, and MCA/ROC filings

• Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance timelines

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools

• Good communication skills to coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance deadlines

Qualification

• MBA (Finance), or

• CA Intermedi
