About Us

We are Valorem Advisors, a 65-member team based out of Nariman Point, Mumbai. We work closely with mid-cap and small-cap listed companies, helping them build visibility and credibility within the investor community.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Investor Relations Associate

Eligibility: CFA Level II / CFA Level III Candidates

Compensation:
- CFA Level II: 35,000 per month
- CFA Level III: 40,000 per month

2. Senior Investor Relations Associate

Eligibility: Experienced professionals with backgrounds in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Institutional Sales, Capital Markets, or Financial Communications.

Compensation: Salary + Performance Bonus (Based on experience and discussed during the interview process)

What This Role Involves

This is a market-facing role, not a backend or Excel-only job.

A key part of your responsibility will be pitching companies to investors over calls.

To be very explicit:
- This is not sales.
- You are not selling anything. This role is focused on dissemination of information, where you will:




- Understand a company in depth (business model, financials, industry dynamics, growth story)
- Present and explain the company story to investors and analysts
- Handle questions, perspectives, and objections from market participants
- Generate investor interest and help close ~15 investor meetings per month

Your Responsibilities

Investor Communication & Outreach
- Interact with buy-side and sell-side analysts
- Pitch companies to investors over calls and meetings
- Build credibility with market participants
- Understand how different investors evaluate the same company

Research & Analysis
- Study company financials, quarterly results, management commentary, and sector developments
- Track market trends and investor sentiment
- Simplify complex financial information into understandable narratives
