About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly skilled Video Editor Intern who is passionate about creating engaging digital-first video content.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of video editing, social media content, performance advertising, motion graphics, and AI-powered content creation.

You will work closely with our Brand, Content, Design, and Marketing teams to create high-impact videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Performance Marketing campaigns, Product Launches, and other digital platforms.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just know how to edit videos, but understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage, and take action.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit engaging Reels, Shorts, social media videos, performance ads, product videos, and brand content.
- Convert raw footage, product assets,



images, and existing content into polished video creatives.
- Create multiple versions and variations of videos for different campaigns and platforms.
- Understand pacing, hooks, transitions, music, storytelling, and retention while editing.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos.
- Stay updated with trending editing styles, viral formats, transitions, and social media trends.

2. Performance Marketing Creatives
- Create video advertisements designed specifically for Meta, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Understand the importance of the first 23 seconds / scroll-stopping hook in performance creatives.
- Experiment with different hooks, opening frames, CTAs, pacing, text overlays, and video structures.
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Work with the marketing team to understand which creatives are performing and incorporate learnings
