Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Team Leader to head our international outbound sales process targeting clients across the US and Canada. You will guide, mentor, and drive a dynamic team to close deals on custom websites, redesigns, and digital solutions.

This role is ideal for a high-performing sales closer with strong leadership skills who thrives in a focused, fast-paced 5-hour daily shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of outbound sales executives targeting North American businesses (B2B/B2C).
- Conduct live call monitoring, pitch coaching, and objection-handling sessions to optimize conversion rates.
- Track daily team KPIs, pipeline health, call volumes, and target closures.
- Step into high-value prospect calls to assist reps and close deals directly.
- Continuously refine scripts, outbound strategies, and rebuttal techniques for selling website design, development, and digital marketing services.

Requirements
- Experience:



Minimum 2–3 years of proven outbound sales/closing experience in website sales, digital marketing, SaaS, or similar tech products.
- Track Record: At least 1 year of experience handling a sales team or serving as a senior closer/mentor.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication tailored for US and Canadian markets.
- Shift Alignment: Comfortable working a dedicated 5-hour evening/night shift aligned with North American business hours.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, team management, pipeline tracking, and objection-handling capabilities.
