Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for acknowledging, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in ASP.NET WebForms, SQL, and AngularJS, coupled with excellent communication skills to ensure high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Act as the first line of technical support, promptly responding to client inquiries, acknowledging requests, and providing regular status updates until resolution.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application errors and bugs within our existing software stack (ASP.NET WebForms and AngularJS).
- Database Management: Write and execute SQL queries to investigate data-related issues, pull reports, and perform data corrections as needed.
- File Management & Deployment: Manage secure file uploads, data imports/exports, and perform minor updates or deployments as requested by the client.
- Documentation: Maintain transparent and accurate logs of client requests, troubleshooting steps, and final solutions within the ticketing system.
- Escalation: Identify complex technical issues that require deeper engineering intervention and escalate them to the core development team with thorough technical context.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in application support, technical support, or software maintenance.
- Backend Technology: Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining applications built on ASP.NET WebForms.
- Frontend Technology: Familiarity with AngularJS to diagnose UI/UX issues and implement minor frontend fixes.
