Job Summary

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled VMware Workspace ONE L1 Support Engineer to provide operational support and administration for the Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform. The role involves device enrollment, endpoint management, application deployment, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring high service availability in an enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Provide L1 support for VMware Workspace ONE UEM environment. Manage device enrollment and provisioning for corporate-owned and BYOD devices. Support iOS, Android Enterprise, Windows 10/11, and macOS devices. Troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, compliance, and application deployment issues. Configure and maintain device profiles, security policies, restrictions, and compliance rules. Handle incidents, service requests, and standard changes as per SLA requirements. Support Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub and app deployment activities. Assist in troubleshooting certificate, authentication, and access-related issues.



Perform routine health checks, monitoring, and documentation updates. Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks. Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue escalation and resolution. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management

Skill Requirements

Required Technical Skills Hands-on experience with VMware Workspace ONE UEM administration and support. Good understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM). Experience managing: iOS/iPadOS Android Enterprise Windows 10/11 MDM macOS Exposure to: Azure AD / Entra ID Active Directory Conditional Access SSO Authentication PKI and Certificate Management Knowledge of application deployment and patch management through Workspace ONE. Understanding of compliance policies, security configurations, and device lifecycle management. Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNo
