The person will work closely with the Content, Creative, YouTube, Social Media, Business Development and Management teams to build Vedastram’s digital presence, increase audience engagement, grow subscribers and followers, and ultimately contribute to business and revenue growth.

This is a strategic as well as hands-on leadership role. The candidate will not necessarily execute every activity personally but will be responsible for ensuring that the right activities are planned, executed and delivered by the internal team, freelancers and agencies.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement Vedastram’s overall digital marketing and growth strategy.
- Define objectives, target audiences, platforms, content strategy and campaign priorities.
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual digital growth plans.
- Identify opportunities to grow Vedastram across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop strategies for audience acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion.




- Keep track of emerging digital trends, algorithms, formats, tools and technologies relevant to children’s content and education.

B. YouTube Growth & Strategy
- Develop and supervise the YouTube growth strategy for Vedastram.
- Analyse video performance, audience behaviour, CTR, retention, watch time, traffic sources, subscribers and other key metrics.
- Develop strategies for improving thumbnails, titles, descriptions, keywords, playlists and publishing frequency.
- Identify high-performing content formats and recommend future content based on data.
- Develop strategies for Shorts, long-form videos, series, playlists and other YouTube formats.
- Monitor competitor and benchmark channels to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Work with the content team to optimize videos before and after publication.

C. Social Media Strategy & Supervision
- Develop content and growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook and other
