About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **Course Coordinator** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, client coordination, customer support, CRM management, and operational assistance related to our courses and training programs.

This role is ideal for someone with solid communication skills, a people-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while contributing to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Coordination

* Handle inquiries from prospective participants via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.

* Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment process.

* Maintain and track the sales pipeline and client interactions.

* Coordinate with students and clients to ensure smooth communication and support.
Customer Support





* Assist existing students with program-related queries and schedules.

* Resolve client concerns through calls, messages, and Google Meet sessions whenever required.
CRM & Reporting

* Maintain and update CRM records, databases, mailing lists, and reports.

* Manage Google Sheets/Excel reports and share daily, weekly, and monthly updates with the team.

* Keep records of documents, communications, and operational data.
Operations & Backend Support

* Coordinate appointments, meetings, and training schedules.

* Handle basic backend operational tasks, including posting updates and approving appointments.

* Support marketing campaigns through broadcast messages and coupon/offer management.

Requirements

* Bachelor's / masters (psychology)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

* Basic understanding of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
