We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Key Account Manager with 8-12 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally with a background in handling creative mandates. This is an opportunity to work directly with one of our clients - global tech giant to manage and grow key relationships.
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead end-to-end client servicing and delivery for digital advertising campaigns
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful brand experiences
- Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders
- Understand client business goals and translate them into integrated marketing solutions
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance insights to clients
- Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for better ROI
Requirement -
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in digital advertising agencies
- Solid
client servicing experience
in an advertising/digital agency
- Proven experience working with global brands
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively
- Strong understanding of digital trends, integrated campaigns, and business growth strategies
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
