Job Title: Canteen Manager

Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company canteen.
- Plan daily menus based on employee requirements and company standards.
- Supervise cooks, kitchen staff, servers and cleaning personnel.
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of food to employees.
- Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor raw material purchases, stock levels and consumption.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for food materials and other requirements.
- Control food costs, wastage and overall canteen expenses.
- Maintain proper records of food purchases, stock, expenses and daily consumption.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items and kitchen materials.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen,
dining area and food preparation areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
- Handle employee feedback and complaints related to food and canteen services.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin for employee welfare and canteen-related activities.
- Prepare regular reports related to canteen operations and expenses.
