Responsibilities Logistics Transportation Management
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Arrange vehicles and transportation as per dispatch schedules.
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve transportation and delivery issues.

Warehouse Inventory Coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for material receipt and dispatch.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts.

Vendor Transporter Management
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
- Track transporter performance and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate freight rates as per company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with transportation agreements.

Documentation Compliance
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, e-way bills, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain logistics records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company logistics procedures.





Cost Performance Monitoring
- Track logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor key logistics KPIs such as OTIF, freight cost, transit damage, and inventory accuracy.
- Generate MIS reports for management review.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Procurement, Production, Stores, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Support smooth material availability for production and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate urgent shipments and escalations.

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Operations. Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Battery, FMCG, or Industrial sectors preferred.
