Role Summary

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Executive with strong experience in business development and client acquisition, preferably from the staffing/recruitment industry, to drive recent client acquisition and business growth for Vhirex Consulting.

Shollinganallur, Chennai

: 3+ Years

Notice Period:
Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Understand client hiring requirements and present suitable recruitment solutions.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Drive lead conversion and achieve business development targets.





Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate client records.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Client Acquisition, Business Development, Inside Sales, or related roles.

Staffing/Recruitment industry experience preferred.

Strong lead generation and client conversion skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Ability to work independently and contribute to business growth.
