Job Description

Mandal Industries is an industrial trading and supply business dealing in wood charcoal, coal, biomass, briquettes and selected industrial materials. We are looking for a Sales Executive to develop new B2B customers and manage customer relationships in Malda and nearby areas.

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and contact new industrial and commercial customers.
- Generate sales enquiries and develop recent B2B business.
- Visit customers and understand their product and material requirements.
- Promote wood charcoal, coal, biomass, briquettes and other industrial materials.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Develop new customer relationships and business opportunities.
- Collect market information and identify potential customers.
- Coordinate with the company team regarding customer requirements and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales updates.

Requirements




- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up ability.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits in Malda and nearby areas.
- Previous B2B sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Bengali/Hindi; English will be an advantage.
- Valid driving licence will be preferred.
- Must be hardworking, responsible and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits
- ₹14,000–₹18,000 per month
