Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Utilities and Warehouse.
- Drive production planning, productivity, capacity utilisation and operational efficiency.
- Monitor plant KPIs including yield, wastage, downtime, OEE, cost and productivity.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, equipment reliability and uninterrupted plant operations.
- Manage manpower, shift planning, performance and workforce productivity.
- Lead audits, CAPA, risk management and corrective/preventive actions.
- Develop a strong culture of safety, discipline, accountability and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical, Chemical, Production Engineering or related field.
- 1015+ years of experience in plant/manufacturing operations, preferably in the food, protein, meat, dairy or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale plant operations and cross-functional teams.
- Solid knowledge of production, maintenance, quality, EHS and cost management.
