Operations Executive / Manager Backend

Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and process-driven Backend Operations professional to support the smooth implementation of TalentSync projects. The role will focus on project coordination, MIS, documentation, data management, field-team support, compliance and stakeholder follow-ups from the head office.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with field teams, trainers, centres and project managers for daily project operations.
- Maintain and update project MIS, beneficiary data, attendance, training and completion records.
- Track project timelines, targets, pending activities and deliverables.
- Ensure all required documents, reports, photographs and supporting evidence are collected and properly maintained.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project reports.
- Support beneficiary enrolment, verification and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, vendors and other internal teams for project requirements.
- Track invoices, expenses,



payments and vendor documentation.
- Support government/partner reporting, audits, inspections and compliance requirements.
- Maintain project trackers and highlight delays, gaps or discrepancies to the Project Manager.
- Follow up with field teams to ensure timely closure of pending tasks.
- Maintain organised digital and physical project records.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in operations, project coordination, MIS or backend management.
- Experience in skill development, government, CSR, education or training projects preferred.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint and documentation.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
