*Key Responsibilities*

*- Handle client interactions, styling and sales conversion.*

*- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable men’s ethnic/occasion wear.*

*- Build client relationships and conduct follow-ups through WhatsApp/phone.*

*- Achieve sales targets and drive repeat business.*

*- Maintain a premium, well-organized and clean store environment.*

*- Supervise store staff, including attendance and reporting/leaving timings.*

*- Handle day-to-day store operations and basic stock/display management.*

*- Use smartphones, digital tools and AI tools to improve customer engagement and sales.*

*Candidate Requirements*

*- Relevant experience in men’s ethnic-wear retail/sales is mandatory.*

*- Excellent communication skills with good spoken English.*





*- Confident, polished and well-presented personality.*

*- Robust fashion sense and ability to style clients.*

*- Proven ability to convert enquiries/walk-ins into sales.*

*- Tech-savvy and comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphones and AI tools.*

*- Responsible, proactive and capable of independently handling clients + staff + store operations.*

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
