We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with 1–2 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute an effective social media content strategy.
- Create and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Coordinate with and manage the Social Media Executive to ensure timely execution of the content plan.
- Review and optimize posts, reels, videos, stories, and other social media content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, formats, and best practices.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare regular performance reports.
- Suggest new content ideas and campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

Requirements




- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong knowledge of content planning, social media strategy, and analytics.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with a social media team/executive.
- Creative thinking with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools is a plus.
