Your skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with parents, schools, staff, and government officials.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, email, and document management.
- Ability to read and write Kannada is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Your tasks
- Regularly check and maintain the files and documentation of children and staff.
- Maintain good and professional communication with parents and guardians.
- Coordinate with parents regarding required documents, school-related matters, appointments, and other necessary information.
- Coordinate with government officials and departments such as DCPU (District Child Protection Unit) and CWC (Child Welfare Committee).
- Assist in preparing and submitting documents required by government authorities.
- Maintain records of official communication, submissions, visits, and follow-ups.
- Support the Outreach Team during inspections, meetings, and official visits.
- Manage and maintain internal documents related to the Outreach Team.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect information and documents when required.
- Support the team in preparing reports, records, trackers, and other official documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and records related to children, families, and staff.
