Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Store Manager / Store Handler in QSR or Restaurant Operations

Location: Chennai & Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and team performance.
- Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and understand store P&L; mandatory.
- Control food cost, inventory, wastage, and manpower cost.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
- Train and manage the restaurant team.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards.
- Manage cash, stock, audits, and daily reporting.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager / Store Handler.
- Hands-on experience in managing store P&L; is mandatory.
- QSR / restaurant experience preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
