Role: Junior / Assistant Welfare Officer

Exp: 2 - 4 years

Accountability:

Responsible for all activities of Human Resource and Administration of Textile Division Nagpur Plant Ensuring proper communication between workers and management. Maintaining registers (Leave, Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programs, etc. Ensuring benefits as per Labor Law and perform other duties assigned by the management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Statuary welfare benefits :

Effort to improving facilities & services like, medical, drinking water, canteen, toilet, rest room area, creches etc.

Monitoring time to time, sanitation, canteen facility, water facility, vehicle parking & housekeeping across the plant.

Educate workers about their educations schemes, privileges, and benefits, sports, that workers are not aware introduce from welfare boards.

Help in implementing staff & worker welfare schemes & welfare activities and Ensuring welfare amenities as laid down in Factories Act & rules





Physical check or welfare facility provided to employees to establish effective communication between management and workers to resolve all issues between employer and employee.

Work with both the employee and employer to ensure healthy and protected work environment for all.

Assist to Implementing in HR, IR and Admin policies in line with company standards.

To suggest factory management regarding employee welfare activities.

Medi-claim Insurance Scheme provides adequate insurance coverage of employees for expenses related to hospitalization due to illness, disease or injury or pregnancy.

Maternity & Adoption Leave Employees can avail maternity or adoption leaves. Paternity leave policies have also been introduced by various companies.

Assist to organizing various committee meeting like Sexual Harassment Prevention Committee as per Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 Online
