Key requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant Australian accounting experience
- 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience – essential
- CPA/CA qualified or currently working towards CPA/CA
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, BAS, PAYG, payroll tax, and ASIC requirements
- Solid experience in month-end close, management reporting, reconciliations, financial analysis, and budgeting
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with finance process improvement and NetSuite optimisation
